What champs have been left behind and what champs have survived the meta

I’m taking about older champs that were left behind or still are godly in the current meta. I think star lord despite his lack of utility, has managed to survive to this day. Same with magik. I believe that black widow, hulk, og Thor, and Electra who were once up there, are now left behind

    Hawkeye I think has kinda held his own despite his simple design.
    Not godly but far from useless with solid power control

    One big one is Black Widow. Also Doctor Strange, but they (like Thor and Scarlet Witch) are mostly because of 12.0. Captain America (OG and especially WW2) are both great examples of formerly well-regarded champs no one would touch now.
