You know Ronan can be god tier in the right matchup? Just because KK beat Angela in speed doesn’t mean she’s better. Angela hits like a truck except on her specials which limit her damage. KK has no utility and needs time to stack fury and armor breaks. Why do you have a problem with her being reworked?
Angela needs time to stack her furies too. You really need to stop denying that kamala is better because she is at least with a full synergy team. Did you not see what I said her utility was? Block proficiency, armor break, and buff removal. I'm sure in some cases kamala can perfect block on her parries.

And again that’s with synergies to give her armor breaks and increased buff duration that’s also a max sig 200 and her sig doesn’t scale too well and she can’t perfect block

You should see some of swedeah's videos on kamala. She can do anything whether it be war, AQ, or act 6

As I said, any Champ can be useful in the right hands. When you have highly skilled Players using them on YouTube, they can seem great. That doesn't mean they're better than others. That just means someone on YouTube maximized their usefulness under pretty specific conditions. If you're comparing the two, I'm going for Ang.

You need to play aggressively with KK and the L1 Fury is brief. Otherwise, you have to ramp up by holding Heavy, and we all know harder Fights are not optimal for Heavies, unless you chain them in a Combo.
Angela is straight game play. Once you build Buffs, she starts hitting like a truck. Avoid Specials and keep the Buffs going.
I'm not saying KK isn't useful in some situations, but Angela is more useful overall, given the setup.

Well, I should reiterate on that. There are a number of utilities. Damage is the one most focused on, but I wouldn't say it's the most important. You have two Base Stats in the game. Attack and Health. With that, the point is the most Damage with the least amount of Health lost. Utility also depends on what you're doing. It's easy to showcase a Champ in something like ROL, for example. Fights are long, no L3s, very predictable. Lots of time to play around and ramp up. In other content, you want something that does the most Damage with the least amount of risk because one false move, or too much time ramping up, and it's fatal.

Not every champ needs a rework or buff. Every champ should not be God tier we have to have some champs that are meh otherwise we would face only god tier champs in quests and say bye bye to units lol

Firstly I want to point out a number of factors which make Swedeah's speed kill comparison video a poor point of comparison between the two champions:
- There were a lot more specials thrown by Winter Soldier on the Angela fight than the Kamala one. The Kamala fight generally used a MUCH more aggressive playstyle, which will ALWAYS reduce the time taken.
- Angela's specials are both weak and slow, which lengthen the time it takes to kill WS. I mean look at the difference in the hit count at any given point in the fight.
And then you've got the fact that Angela has Armor Up (great for Havok) and Regeneration (survivability). Oh yeah and Nullify Resistance once awakened.

Overall the video is the same as me saying that Old Man Logan is better than Sparky because I play OML better than Sparky. Sparky definitely has more damage, but his playstyle is a bit more niche. Same with Kamala + Synergies compared to Angela with synergies.
Yes I agree Kamala isn't as bad as some people say she is. But she's just a raw damage champion and we already have so many other champions which do that better. And so I'd really enjoy seeing how Kabam intends to rework Kamala when they get around to it.
