**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Win/Loss bonus for war rating still at 0/0 for season 11

they said it was just visual, assuming they are correct it should not impact anything.

It is not visual. The war is over. We won. The war raiting didn’t go up. Still a problem.
  • Same here. Not visual. Won, and no gain for us, no loss for them.

Still not affected. War rating stayed the same

Don't worry! This is just a visual issue. We're looking into it now, but your War Rating should be affected by a Win or Loss now.

    It stay the same

Same issue here as my post above. War rating was 2151 going into last war. We lost and are still listed as 2151. Hopefully, this is still just a visual issue - thanks - second screenshot is current rating as we get ready for next war's matchmaking.

@Kabam Miike this isn't correct. We just won a war and our alliance war rating is exactly the same as it was before the season started. If the +/- were a visual error that wouldn't stop our war rating from changing. This will affect the multiplier people have and the matches people get next war. Maybe you can fix it before matchmaking and retroactively change everyone's war rating, but if not the outcome of the entire season will be affected by this error. It seems pretty obvious that the war ratings were still locked from the offseason.

Considering that the first war of the season just ended like 30 minutes ago... why did the OP post this 2 days ago? Is he from the future?

Maybe it’s unlock only to subscribed sigil users :/

Just because there was no +/- on the matchup ratings.

Its b/c on the SS, the Victory/Defeat is still at 0/0 which means the war rating was still locked.

The war in his screenshot was an off season war though... it shouldn't have had any change. But somehow he managed to predict the future despite massively jumping the gun.

Wrong. Clearly shows it is the first war of season 11.

Wrong. We matched for the first war on Wednesday afternoon (July 31st). Placement ended on the 1st. War ended today (the 2nd).

War matchmaking began on July 31st at 6 PM EST for this season so he originally took the picture and posted on July 31st because there was no +- rating when there usually is. Before commenting make sure you actually know what you’re talking about.

The display isn't showing the progress. That doesn't mean it's not accounted for. The display is what changes when you win or lose. Hence visual issue. The Wins and Losses are still accounted for in the data. Things will be fine guys.

Oh you're talking about the listing for the POTENTIAL war rating change. I assumed the OP was screen shotting his war rating just above that to document that it hadn't changed from the previous war.
  • Hey there, we've found that war ratings are now not adjusting properly for some. The team has a fix that should be implemented before the next war. The team is also working on a fix for the ratings from the current war; we don't have a definite ETA on that but will let everyone know here once we do.

The alliance war ratings were locked during off season but today after winning the first season war, the rating did not increase. My alliance is in tier 4 so it doesn't makes sense

What if this war win would up the alliance to a higher tier, will it be counted?
  • Unfortunately this is a messy situation for many. As they've said they'll get the ratings adjusted soon. Although, it may not be soon enough for certain Alliances that may've jumped up a tier. Also, protects those that would've dropped a tier. This alone will undoubtedly have an impact on the Season standings do to the next matchmaking phase not having the war ratings change.

Fact remains, it happened and there's nothing that can change that now. If Kabam can bang those numbers out quick before matchmaking commences, wicked. If not... it is what it is, and all we can do is move forward. For those of us that are locked in the middle of a tier war rating wise, this is a moot point as we'll get our numbers changed soon enough. Those that are on the cusp... man... I feel for y'all. Truly... that's rough luck.

Best of luck smashing those numbers out Kabam. Hopefully, this will be resolved sooner than later. No sense in going bananas over this though. Not gonna help matters in the slightest. I REALLY hope that this doesn't bonk anyone so hard they lose out on a shot at better rewards come the end of the Season. Typically those numbers between each reward bracket are sooo close that one little tweak can mean the difference between the lower, and the higher outcome.

The entire season will be affected significantly by this. People are currently matched based on the wrong war ratings. Many have a multiplier for this war they don't deserve for good or ill. Many ought to be safer in their current tier, or closer to dropping which can change how their season develops. It's not good.
