Cable degen

If you place cable as def in AW and run suicides the enemy will get a lot of degen damage at the start right?

Does somebody know if his degen scales with nodes in AW and hp or damage?
I know his degen does max damage when the enemy is a 0 power.

    No he won’t inflict degen from running suicides, the bleed was there to start, not “inflicted” so it doesn’t proc degen on the attacker. Not my opinion, this is fact.

    Nope, Cable's degen only activates when the bleed is caused by the attacker. DE doesn't trigger it.
