Dungeon Server issues?

Is there something wrong here. My dungeon mate and I defeated the boss in dungeon 5 room 4 three times in a row, each time to get connection error when we KO the boss. On top of that the connection error would run the course of the fight timer, keeping one of us frozen and one of us locked out. That’s a garbage way to lose all those rewards that way. Will the “connection error” ever be fixed?

    Connection Error happens so often in this game.
