Where's the quest crystal conversion that was promised?

For phantasmagoria there was supposed to be some kind of crystal you could buy with 100 quest crystals but I don't think it ever showed up. Unless I'm missing something?

    I am curious how this will affect SA points. Right now we get points for each crystal. Will the conversion give us the equivalent amount for 100 crystals for SA points. I dont want to screw my alliance out of points

    It will probably be 100x de points, similar to how the uncollected arena crystal works, but my guess is as good as yours
