    It wouldn't be that hard to buff Rhino. Just make his sig ability a passive, give him bleed, frostbite, coldsnap, and incinerate immunity, and make his new signature ability a Fury passive that increases in potency by 5% every time he dashes, to represent his growing anger and momentum.

    IMO Vulture is great as he is, SP1 into some 5 combos for plenty of armor up, power drain on a Raptor Strike, great critical damage, incinerate on a dodge, great SP2 debuff, and all his incinerates remove perfect block and half block prof. Don't see how he needs a buff. Damage isn't everything.
