Is my roster enough to comfortably explore chapter 3 and 4? If not which champ should I focus on upgrading next? Suggestion for team and things to keep in mind are very welcome.

    Maxed out 4 star hyperion is not in the picture.

    Yeah you should be good to go for me I would take as a team
    5*x-23
    4*Medusa
    5*ghost Rider
    4*maxed Hyperion
    And either five* killmonger or four star sabertooth

    Agree with Nightbat214.

    If that doesn't go well, consider adding Ultron.
    I used him extensively to explore 4.3. and 4.4.

    Benefits: bleed immune, poison immune, and strong regen (esp with the right Masteries).
    If you do his Regen right, you rarely need potions. When you do need potions, only go to 51%. Block damage will knock you under 50%, then you will heal to about 70%.
