Uncollected

I have a problem i am lvl.52 and uncollected but when i go to monthly event cant join in.
Can someone tell me what to do?

Give it some time. Not days of course,just few hours. I became uc in the evening,went to bed and got the message in the morning. Also try to finish some other story quest. Might help.

I have 10.952 shards of grandmaster crystal but it wont show in crystals
