Who should I look to rank up first due to limited resources?

Due to limited resources, I am stuck with the debate on which 5* to rank up first. My current aim is to complete Variant 3 and LOL. My recent two 5* pulls have been Omega Red and Stark Enhanced SpiderMan. Who do I take to R4?

    I wouldn't r4 unduped omega...starky on the other hand,I r4 mine unduped and his damage is amazing even without the dupe...not sure of his utility in v3(I am yet to plan for v3 after i collect enough units to back me up) but given Ur objectives,he should be a much better investment
    Although it does depend on Ur present roster and other rankup options

    100% Act 5 and R5 and awaken Omega with the generic gem. I did that and I'm so glad I did.

    Rank up starky, you can use him both with variant and LOL. Blade would be your main attacker, you can use starky for non-bleed champs and non- villians. I have done it like that.
