Lite up champion

Can someone tell me why my champions light up sometimes? Just a few mins ago, I was choosing my champion and I saw one actually light up. There’s isn’t an arena boost on him either.

Arena boost active or you’ve put some sig stones on him or ranked him

He does not have a boost on him, haven’t been in the arena...

If you use a sig stone it does that, though it’s only meant to be if there’s an active arena boost

I think it means that the character has been altered since you added them to the team. So adding sig stones, levels, or boosts would all cause that to happen.
