Account Retrieval and Transfer/Kabem's Ignorance
Hello MCOC community, today I have some questions and concerns regarding the retrieval of my old account. Back in 2015, when I first downloaded the game, I did not sign up/login through an email. The only thing I did was click the game screen to enter into the game, at the time I didn't think this would actually cause such problems.
Months into my gaming, I realized that I should link my account to a suitable email, but the problem was it kept creating a new account and I would have had to gone through tutorials to make a new account. I contacted Kabam about this and they told me to do the exact same steps and it would work out, but it never did (I have screen shots of emails). Almost a year after, spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the game, which now looking back was really the only way to further your development, I realized that I couldn't get my account back. You see, the only way of getting access to the account was to keep playing on my old iPhone, which had the MCOC and the account. Again, I tried emailing Kabam and they then asked a number of questions to "secure" the rightful ownership of the account. One of the questions, which is the main question today, was "Did you ever attach a Kabam ID to your account, and what was the original email linked to your account?". I had to answer no, because I never could attach an email to the account. Now not only was this the problem, but being bounced around with different people doesn't make me feel as though they even care; I had different supporters contacting me from 'Maddy', to 'Mia' and 'Spencer'. Really? Besides the four other questions which I'm sure were correct, they can't even tell you which security questions you got right or wrong. Now of course that would make sense, but not addressing my concern of the fact that I created the account originally by just tapping the screen is extremely aggravating.
Multiple times I've tried contacting Kabam, but of course till no resolve. Can anyone address my issue here? Was there maybe an email involved at the time of my account?
