Reverse controls interacting with AAR

Reverse controls should not be affected by AAR because it ruins the flow of the fight and is extremely overwhelming for the brain. Mastering the reverse control mechanic is impressive in itself but having to worry about AAR removing them altogether? It's just too much to keep track of on top of the defender's nodes/abilities

What reverse controls are you specifically mentioning? Dup Emma Frost, or nodes?

For Emma Frost, it's an offensive ability. Don't lower that and you will not have to worry about it. For the nodes, I don't know exactly if it interacts with AAR

I agree that ability reduction should not interact with this. Using a champ like domino becomes a wildcard on these nodes on whether it triggers or not which is kind of absurd as you can really react properly in the time you have to see if it triggered or not.

Yeah that sounds pretty annoying. I guess the only solution at this point is to not use champs that inflict AAR

Yes, actually AAR does mess with the node. An Alliance mate ran into Ghost Rider on a Confusion node and utilized Blade. He expected the controls to be reversed and he was surprised to find they weren't (this was during the 1st week of the new map). It can throw you off for sure. So it's best to be aware of who's on the node and be mindful of who you bring as a counter. Just one more thing you need to know about if you run a lane with that node in AW.
