Rewards never updated to UC

I’ve been UC on my second account for over a month now, and have only been receiving conquerer rewards. My daily crystal and 4 hour crystal, as well as calendar are not updated. Why is this?

You will get Uncollected when you reach Level 40, there is a level gap for it
