Constructive feedback for players not to quit

I've seen many people quit the game or stop spending because of recent changes to heroes in the game after they spent thousands of resources and dollars to invest in. I suggest Kabam should fully test their champ before releasing them. The she hulk and cull nerf was the last straw for many of my friends. Please change your ways kabam

    All they need to do is be more communicative with the player base and spend a bit more time tuning their champions and actually do what they say they will do and forum posts won’t revolve into the storm of jibes that they do on a regular basis. And Sassy Miike should be replaced by helpful and constructive miike.

    The lags, the bugs, the nerfs, the crappy deals, the tough progression, the things that makes Kabam seems like they don't know what they are doing, the premium disappointment crystals, the meme champs, the ban on 4 star champs on Act 6. I'm just a hair line away from switching to Marvel Future Fight & Arena of Valor , to be honest. : (

    I don't get why you can even say this with a straight face. You don't even know what changes will be made to Cull, other than 12.0 there hasnt been any other champs to be nerfed. You act like they are nerfing every champ and is simply not true.

    Please tell us how to do this in a way that would work, because as an industry no one is able to do it. You cannot test to the same level as thousands or millions of players can.

    Couldn’t have been found in 15 min? Correct. Would probably take about 20 min to fully ramp him up in a monthly EQ and then see the damage output and weight it from there. You must of have him... it’s pretty obvious what he can do after two fights.
    And you still need many players playing him continuously for a long period of time to verify that in all interactions he is out damaging everyone.

    It's not just Cull. It's the game overall. Drop rates have lowered, bugs all over, changing a champ 3 months after the fact really sucks because some people in this game spend thousands of dollars.

    They did that. They announced they were going to be doing this rebalancing and everyone was fine with it, until Cull. Now the community is overreacting again for something that hasnt happened.
    They failed to notify the community in the time frame they said they would. Which is going to further hurt the community. They’ve reworked/adjusted him multiple times already. It’s not an over reaction to horrific customer service. 🤷‍♂️
    Uhh wrong. 100% wrong. They made an initial announcement that included the first 2 champs they were looking at which was Human Torch and Annihilus. They havent even finished tuning these 2 yet. They then said they were a little late, like 3 days or so on the Cull/Maw announcement which tuning hasn't even begun on them since HT and Annihilus arent even finished.

    Now on to the 2nd part of your comment. 100% wrong again. They havent reworked him several times at all.
    1. The Thanos Favors buffs became bugged where they werent stoping during attacks except the first one. They fixed that.
    2. Then his damage output was incorrectly increased during the bug fix, causing him to do like 10 times as much damage as he should have. This was also a bug which they have now fixed.
    3. He is in his actual written abilities form currently.

    DPS seems to be the only measure of a character greatness. Maybe more time in aw and aq can let some more character to be taken into consideration. Intead of just 3:00 minutes why not 4:00?
    Don not you think that with 30% more time some character can be taken into conisideration?

    Why would this be the case? They aren't stupid. Not everything needs pointless repetition to determine a course of action or to verify a consequence. If they added in the new champ, unless the new champ has significant damage dealing interactions with the old champs and upcoming champs and they are introducing some new novel interactions, it shouldn't take months. They already have ongoing data from current champs. They should have a very strong idea of what a given champ is capable of prior to release. Part of the reason that many champs have the same stats is that it makes it easier to test and measure consequences of changes and additional content. So there would be a base champ build and add or subtract to that build and any other interactions would just be additional inputs.
    Unless Kabam is making deep calculation changes to the content over the course of their testing there's no reason they would have a champ need to be in the wild for months before they would know what the champ was capable of. It wouldn't take very long to determine at all. If there's something coming up that would make a champ OP, they could have just said that.

    They told us 3 months ahead of time, and tuning their Champs is exactly what they're doing. Lol.

    Do what you feel is right. I personally stopped spending to the point where I have 30% increase if I buy an odin lol. If Kabam isn't performing to a standard keep that same energy.

    The issue you are ignoring, maybe purposely, is the abilities. Sure they all have base stats, but when a champ comes out with new kit features, such as Cull and a lot of the newer champions, how they interact with nodes is not known. They cannot fall back on previous data for that. So unless you expect all champs to be basically the same with the same buffs in different proportions your argument makes little sense, and in some cases no sense at all.

    But not thaaaaat much. Never seen so many bugs in one game. You're correct, every game has bugs from time to time or when new content is released. But this game is way over the top. In almost every other game bugs are fixed in hours or days. In this game everyone is happy when it's done in WEEKS. Usually it happens in months, years or... sadful... never.
    This company is the undisputed king of awful costumer support.
    Then I dont think you have played very many complex games that have lots of new features and events. And no not almost every other game are fixed in hours or days.
