I just pulled a 5* Cull i want to rank him to r5 but i can’t until the nerf is official. I don’t mind the nerf ( actually i do) but it would be better if the announcement came with changes so people can decide what to do with the champion

Well said mate. That's the reason why I stopped buying FGMCs and spending money in the game. What we buy MUST be considered final, just like in any real life situation. If the seller changes the product AFTER its sale, it's a contract violation. Unfortunately Kabam has build up a climate of uncertainty and distrust. And that's a fact...besides big whales and youtubers I know many players quitting for the same reasons.
It's sad that the people running this game cant be bothered to respond back to the community on this thread. For many it isn't even about cull but the uncertainty of future champs. Yes they are your property and you have the right to change them according to your tos. Occasionally changing champs while frustrating is something we has players except as part of the game. The fact that you are using us to test all new champs and then reevaluating the champ off unknown data is where the frustration becomes too much. The idea that you wont discuss the data you are using even in general terms with the community leads some to believe it's based not off actual performance but off desirability of the champ. Less desirable champs are getting a buff perhaps to push future crystal sales. Champs that are higher demand seem to be getting their utility reduced. Now not only do players have to worry about if the champion is worth the time or money to get and resources and time to learn but also when the champ will be changed since you are going beyond your 3 month reevaluation time you gave us. To add to this you are ignoring the community. No official kabam employee has responded to this thread since day 1. Not a single post to say we are listening and taking your feedback or even piss off it's our content we can do what we want. I've been playing this game since a month after its release and always enjoyed the game and the people I've met through it. Shulk wasnt a bug until the abilities they gave the champ made end game content easily beatable. thats the problem, they made changes to make her better, gave her abilities based on a heavy attack, and when it hurt their bottom line they changed her again. It wasnt a bug, it doesnt say that hyperion's heavy attack takes twice as long as Civil Warrior, because the abilities dont describe the animations. It also doesnt say that you can hold Quakes heavy forever while you cant with others, do you mean to tell me because its not listed its a bug? Mean while we live with bugs forever. The issue with Cull is they continued to sell and push the champ without even telling us they were looking into an issue. When they started his review at some point they noticed the damage and started comparing him with others on all of the modes of the game. They said that in the statement so I bring it up because that is what were told. Obviously to do that comparison it would take time before they decided he needed to be changed. Because even you have said it takes time to test, so it wasnt over night. The moment they found something that they had to take a closer look we should have been notified on a closed thread so we could risk the buying of crystals and the rank ups. then when they had made the decision to make that announcement that changes were coming anyone that had bought the crystal or ranked up the champ couldnt complain because we knew they were looking into something. Instead the let the creator content program to send out videos after videos and offered that crystal on a weekly basis. I really dont see how you defend them, but we are all entitled to our opinions I guess.

Well clearly you spend money with a different mindset. 1) majority of the people spend money to invest in a champ so it can help people clear current and future content. 2) kabam doesn't have every right to change anything they want without any regard to their customers. 3) Kabam is not transparent. If they were transparent then they would put out a clear set of rules of what's considered a bug or not. She hulk was only bugged until kabam decided that different animation speeds is a bug. Until then it was a part of the game. SS's description was know since day one and they took months to respond to that. AA ability was confirmed by kabam to be working as intended until they decided it was a bug and removed it. Cull's abilities were know since first week and nothing has changed with him since then. He was also fixed twice by kabam. And cull doesn't even meet the criteria of the 3 month rebalance since he was released more than 3 months ago and his nerf is scheduled 3 months from now. 4) you can try to twist facts and say ss was a text error and she hulk was a bug and AA was a bug as well but it's not true, it never was and they were labeled as bug only after kabam decided that this was saving people units.

THEIR product. They have the ONLY right to change it. I don't say that with complete abandon. They're not just moving pieces like Lego. They're making periodic adjustments to keep things further in line so we don't end up with extreme deficiencies later on. It's a tremendous amount of work to rework a Champ, and it strains content when you have those extremes. So what they're doing is reevaluating Champs every 3 months to prevent future issues as much as possible. They're not going through with a nerf gun. There it is, that is the second time he has said they can do it because they own it. Just because you can do something doesn't mean its ethically ok to do. with that argument, I wont acknowledge anything else you say. It's absurd obviously meant to take us off topic. So by your definition Quake is bugged, because holding down block forever is not in the description then?
Not the same at all. Any Champ can hold Block. Until you get hit at least. No Champ is meant to chain Heavies like that unless specified.

It is fair for them to be worried cause there is a good chance that the money they spent is just gonna be waste. It's a shame to see that instead on supporting your fellow summoners, people are defending kabam because kabam has obviously done what's "good" for the community.

Out of that, people are stirring up controversy on other platforms, and half the Player Base thinks they can't Rank Champs. I'm sorry to say this, but the money we spend doesn't go into an investment. We're leading permission to use their game. They have every right to change it if they feel those changes will make future content easier to design. We're not making a purchase we can take home or investing into Shares in the company.
Shulk wasnt a bug until the abilities they gave the champ made end game content easily beatable. thats the problem, they made changes to make her better, gave her abilities based on a heavy attack, and when it hurt their bottom line they changed her again. It wasnt a bug, it doesnt say that hyperion's heavy attack takes twice as long as Civil Warrior, because the abilities dont describe the animations. It also doesnt say that you can hold Quakes heavy forever while you cant with others, do you mean to tell me because its not listed its a bug? Mean while we live with bugs forever. The issue with Cull is they continued to sell and push the champ without even telling us they were looking into an issue. When they started his review at some point they noticed the damage and started comparing him with others on all of the modes of the game. They said that in the statement so I bring it up because that is what were told. Obviously to do that comparison it would take time before they decided he needed to be changed. Because even you have said it takes time to test, so it wasnt over night. The moment they found something that they had to take a closer look we should have been notified on a closed thread so we could risk the buying of crystals and the rank ups. then when they had made the decision to make that announcement that changes were coming anyone that had bought the crystal or ranked up the champ couldnt complain because we knew they were looking into something. Instead the let the creator content program to send out videos after videos and offered that crystal on a weekly basis. I really dont see how you defend them, but we are all entitled to our opinions I guess.
She was bugged. It was brought to their attention that way, but she wasn't the only Champ fixed.
So by your definition Quake is bugged, because holding down block forever is not in the description then?
Not the same at all. Any Champ can hold Block. Until you get hit at least. No Champ is meant to chain Heavies like that unless specified.

No other Champ can continuously hold a Heavy? Hmm....pretty sure they can.
Holding Heavy is Block. Any Champ can do that until they get hit with a Heavy. Other Champs have charging mechanics tied into it like Gambit and Nebula.

I don't say that with complete abandon. They're not just moving pieces like Lego. They're making periodic adjustments to keep things further in line so we don't end up with extreme deficiencies later on. It's a tremendous amount of work to rework a Champ, and it strains content when you have those extremes. So what they're doing is reevaluating Champs every 3 months to prevent future issues as much as possible. They're not going through with a nerf gun. They're tweaking Champs to fill in gaps that will lead to larger problems later on.
SS was a text error. They even discussed changing it as described and realized it would be too much. AA was just a bug, and a misinformed Mod who isn't here to defend themselves gave the wrong response.
Cull was released more than 3 months ago. So was Maw. People asked, some begged, them to work on Maw. So they started with them instead of HT and Anny. If you're going to go back to Maw and ignore Cull's issues, that totally defeats the purpose of these tweaks.
