Can't join the AQ

I have repeatedly attempted to join the AQ and I keep getting the following message. A screenshot follows below.

I updated to the new version of the game during the AQ yesterday. I'm using a Google Pixel 2 XL. Android version 10.

I tried restarting the game and it didn't work. after I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it I was able to join the AQ. if anyone else has this issue that's what you have to do.

This normally means your champs are elsewhere, are they in a quest?
