Bug ignored for months with Unstoppable and Phase champs at the start of the fight

Is Aegon bugged?
I am in 9.1.3 Go for the Throat path and Aegon's Purify/Tenacity hasn't triggered since, I had 300 combo and there's no purify trigger at all. Unless I am missing something there's also no node that says that Attackers can't purify debuffs.

The mysterium shortage continues...
We used to get 27k per week for a total of 108k per month. Then SQ was shortened to 3 weeks and it reduced mysterium to 81k. Then last month we got a total of 81k again.
