Just wanted to know, has anyone ever been able to get their Kabam email id changed? What is the process of verifying the account? I had 2 accounts and made purchases in it. They want to know my first 2 real money purchases but my answers dont seem to work. How do I verify this?

Can somebody help me on how I can change the account email id that is attached to my kabam id? I have lost access to my gmail account.

Act4, chapter 4, quest 5 bug
I am trying to explore the quest but I'm unable to take the path circled in red. There is no option to explore that portion and because of that, I'm unable to complete act4 exploration. This stops me from getting rewards. I need urgent help! Thanks!
