Act4, chapter 4, quest 5 bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
I am trying to explore the quest but I'm unable to take the path circled in red.

There is no option to explore that portion and because of that, I'm unable to complete act4 exploration. This stops me from getting rewards. I need urgent help!

    You need to approach that missing part from the right side...not the left. It is poor map design that confuses many people.

    I have tried everything. It doesnt seem to go that way!

    If I take the right side and do this, that circled deadpool will remain unexplored!
