Who to 4/55 Venom or Iceman?

Who to use 5* Tech Awakening Gem on? Star-Lord or...?
My 5* Star-Lord is currently at 2/35. I would either use it on him or wait it out for a 5* Stark Spidey or Ghost. I am currently exploring Act 5 working towards Elder's Bane so I'm not even close to LoL yet. Appreciate any advice
