Support ticket
I can’t seem to create a support ticket, someone hacked my account and need assistance to fix what they did.

Nick Fury’s persistent charge is not showing up and he is instantly going into his “real” state.
Open case response
I have responded 4 times to a support ticket email, and I just received an email saying that if I don’t respond my ticket will be closed. Is there a better way to respond than through email?
Missing Units
Last night my account lost 5000 units. I have put in a ticket for this. I have either been hacked or something drastically wrong happened. I have put in a case but no one has responded.
