I claimed iso from the free selector in the rank up store , but I didn't receive it. It's not in the stash either. I have encountered this issue twice.

Login featured champ not received
The login featured champ from the calender has been claimed today , but I didn't receive the champ white tiger. What should I do? I clearly checked all my champs there's no 5 or 6* version of her. Please help guys.
