R4 Dr strange or hold?
I have a 7* sig 150 Dr strange and also a mystic 3-4 gem. I was wondering if I should rank strange up or hold the gem for some other spicy champs like Madelyn prior,pavitir and possibly even ghost rider if Hes any good. Note:I can sig 200 him if that sways any opinions,thanks.
