I have a skill awakening gem and like spidey very much. Can't decide what to do.

Who to rank up?
I can’t make up my mind who to rank up. I have three options: - 4* rank 4 duped iceman - 4* rank 4 unduped domino - 5 * rank 2 unduped domino I’m still building my roster and haven’t completed act 4 yet.
Should I spend it all?
I have 12k saved on 4* shards. Should I spend it all or wait for new avengers content?
