Cull Obsidian Rout post rebalance
Hey! So I noticed Culls rout damage has been reduced to 100% from 120%.. I could not find this in the post about his rebalance. Is this an intentional/permanent change or will it be fixed?
Who to invest generic stones on
So, managed to pull a 5* Namor from a feat. crystal and is strongly considering to using a gem and pump sig stones into him. I do have a 5* aegon aswell at sig 40 atm.. who is the better to invest in?
