Quicksilver Dex bug not working as intended!!!!!
Quicksilver isn’t able to avoid attacks against champions that turn off dexterity despite his description reading “When Dodging Back, Quicksilver cannot be struck by Attacks.” This is incredibly frustrating against champs like photon and serpent who turn off dex.
