My opinion for who should be buffed or buffed again.
Civil Warrior-This guy lacks so much damage even when he’s awakened which is sad because he is a really cool character. Black Panther (CW)-The reflective armor is cool but he still is a awful champion to fight with because you rarely get hit, which Black Panther is good only when your being hit.
