Missing platinum compass
I haven’t received my platinum compass. I know it should be delivered via inbox, but it hasn’t. As of today, I received all previous compases and completed 3 out of 4 quests because of this. Need help to revise this situation.

Incursion’s objectives
Entering into incursions area 7 and passing sector 1, 2 and 3 but K.O. in sector 4... When reviewed my daily objectives, one of them was to complete 3 sectors in area 7 (which I did) but the objective goal was not achieved, why? Summoner Advancement
In the Alliance Events, I did not receive my 5000 points for opening a 4-Star Hero crystal. I opened one and got Quake but points were not awarded.
