Can someone please inform me why it is that after I grind in arenas, I open the game 6 hours later only to find the same champions I requested help with waiting to request help again

Jubilee arcade rewards
@Kabam Miike I just recently completed the first mission of legendary challenge on the second part of jubilee arcade to get the 5 star featured crystal, and when I went to collect my rewards they disappeared and moved on to the second mission for the six star shard. Can you please help

Still can't claim rewards
@Kabam Miike is there any way to get this fixed I really want to earn those rewards and as you can see I'm on my way to finishing the last stage of The other challenge. I guess it got caught in limbo

Unclaimed rewards
@Kabam Miike hi, as of yet I still have rewards that freeze my have of I try to claim them on Android. It's in my stash and part of the special rewards for this month.
