Should the 6 star shards be easier to get ?

Please remove gifting badges as I want to gift my friends but don't have gifting badges Or do something to allow us to buy gifting badges for units .
Iron man infinity war needs to regenerate
My normal iron man regenerates after special ability but is on rank 1 whereas my iron man infinity ear does not regenerate after being on Max and signature ability awakened .
