To claim alliance season rewards, do you have to fight five wars with them or you have to just stay in the ally for 5 wars????

How much would you rate my gameplay???
I just got uncollected for compensation reward. The conqueror rewards were so poor that I decided to get uncollected for a 5 star crystal. Well I used 5* r3 medusa, 5*r3 domino, 4*r5 void, 5*r2 warlock and 5r5 warlock. Took me just 100 units and a team revive.
