Gotta ask this about AI
so recent past i have been experiencing weird AI movements. in monthly eq enemy does not throw special attack until it breaks your hit combo, this does not happen all time but it's quite annoying, more i look in to this the more weirder it gets. so wanted to ask if anyone here has been experiencing the same thing?

Medusa's armor shatter against buffed ultron
after ultron's buff medusa's armor shatter no longer disables ultron's evade and healing, is this supposed to be like this or is this a bug?
