Kabam Claus didn't give me my anniversary gift.

Is the seeing red node still bugged?
I've been using characters like AA Domino and Red Mags for the Seeing Red (Maestro) Quest, the bleeds just don't seem to be converting into prowess after throwing an sp. Is there something I'm failing to understand? The device I'm using is an MI 10T pro.
