I wanted to finish these milestones to collect the green shards, not happening due to error message!!

What is happening with Spider Ham?? I pulled a 5 star and I can’t even use him as my game crashes as soon as I use him????!!!!!!

Does anyone have arenas crashing on them???
Game crashes
Is anyone experiencing this issue? Game has been constantly crashing in event quests and just general use. I’m currently playing on IOS platforms with iPad Air 2.
