In all seriousness, why is it that I have to send a ticket in 2,3,4 times to get a reply It’s been over 24 hours now from when I sent the last one, why is this always a thing, do you need more tech support staff, I can do it for free, just send me a copy of the cut and paste message you send out and I’ll be happy to help

Sent a email in to kabam support 5 days ago, waiting two days and then sent another, got a Auto reply saying they were very busy, then another Auto reply that had nothing to do with my questions Sent one more ticket after that, it’s been 36 hours and nothing, why is it always like this.
