Who to R3 between 5* WS and 5* Elektra both are unduped. I want to upgrade my champs now because it will be a long time before I get 5* CB or GP. I want to invest with what I have right now.
4* Duped Winter soldier or 5* Unduped Winter soldier
So who should I upgrade? 4* Duped Winter soldier R5 or 5* Unduped Winter soldier R3? I don't have any 4* R5s nor 5* R3s. Thank you!
