Is there any one I can speak to about my ticket being ignored? I placed the ticket on Saturday night, it’s Thursday. They asked for additional information on Monday and I provided it within minutes of their request. However, they haven’t responded since Monday, now I feel ignored and have no way to escalate my concern.
