I was doing the bounty quests and I was thronebreaker I became paragon and now I'm missing one of the bounties I won't be able to fully 100% complete it and I think I should get compensated for the missing quest chest

Fantmans Sig against x force dp
In fants sig it states "when antman would lose more than 10% of his max hp in a single source other than sp3 he caps it at 10% and gets a 5% heal" so how come the shbleed deboof bypasses his Sig if it's a single source of burst damage? His Sig prevents galans harvest as well and it's more or less the same thing
