I got a 6 star spiderman 2099 and i get that I should try to use rupture, but I don't know what that means as far as what moves I should use, I got him duped x 50 but I'm not sure what moves I should try for in actual Battle, any advice helps, thanks

Who should I pick, Onslaught or blade
I have 6 star nexus choice between blade and Onslaught and hulk, I don't know whether blade or onslaught is better, I already have a better 6 star mutant sunspot but I don't have a 6 star skill champ yet, which is why I'm considering blade, I feel like onslaught is really good though? thanks
