Psylocke
Psylocke is a champion with great potential but her power control and damage is pretty bad Just remove her passive reduced power gain ability or make it such that we could get more psi-charges Her damage is low ,to sum it up give her bleed damage like nightcrawler But, i give more priority to buff carnage and kamala khan
