Didn't Get Side Quest Special Rewards
I just completed the Week 4 side quest with a Mutant team. Despite 100% completion, I didn't get the special rewards (T3 Alpha Shards and the monthly crustal shards). Anyone else facing this?
Unable to get account creation date
It seems that Kabam has created a list of hurdles to ensure that players suffer to the fullest. One of these is the fact that we cannot do [removed by Moderator] without telling Kabam support the date of our account creation. If this was so important, shouldn't it have been a part of our in-game profile? Or shouldn't there…
