Lost all most all of the 5* shards in the calendar and there saying it's because I updated the game late has any body else had this problem

I have 6 five star heros rino ,iron patriot, rocket racoon, superior iron man, falcon, hulkbster don't know which are worth building up or if any of them are only get one like every 9 months if I'm lucky any ideas
