Cap IW interaction with Passive Heal Block
Captain America is trying to restore the Passive Heal Block due to his Signature Ability and having a Skill Champion on the team. This is the Epic Class Trip, so there is no node that causes a debuff to be gained. Is this the intended interaction?
Having troubles with Quake
