I am clearing variant 2 chapter 3.3 and stuck on mordo killed him endlessly but my Champ and him came back again and again have to quit

An alliance member of mine banned due to violation of TOS as a matter of fact I certainly know he did not do it in his game time he is skilled yeah so won't needed to do it my request is to kindly investigate in this matter
