I change my subscription to a different internet provider. Does it mean I can be monitored playing in a different place? I am paranoid about this banning of account.

Medusa Ranking To The Max As 5 Star
As per game progressing can you pls advice if it is worth for me to rank Medusa 5* to the Max (rank 5). He is duped and would it be okay for her as an offense champ rather than defense. I ask this as i don't have enough offense champ. Thanks you for the comments ahead.
