Iceman Ice Armor is bugged
Iceman's Ice Armor has been reforming constantly despite being stunned, staggered, or hit for more than 5%. Typically, I only see it happening if stagger or armor break are active when the cool down timer expires. Has anyone else experienced this?

Mephisto Bugged
New EQ 3.1 uncollected first fight with Iceman. Mephisto sp3 supposed to power drain up to two bars of power. If he drains the full two bars he gets aura of incineration for the rest of the fight.
