Regarding 7 star Compensation
I opened 34 - 7 star crystals and didn’t get any new champs. When the compensation came in I didn’t receive any Crystal shards. When i raised a ticket they told me that i open on 10:51 and 10:52 AM pst (how convenient). What if i loaded the crystal before and opened them at stated time. FYI cutoff 10:50 AM. Can you please…

Raids Arkus bugged not able to gain role ferver
I was taking on the arkus with silk, and saw that i was not able to get role ferver charges sometimes when I punish his special or heavy. They stayed the same. It started working again when I started alternating b/w them. But still is this a bug or am I missing something here ?

4 * featured arena
I was at 89 win streak and I got a death match with my 4* 3/30 champions. Is there a change in arena streaking or a bug.. This also happened to me once more at 30 win streak with my 5* 1/25 champions.
