I already explored act 5.3, but i am unable to explore locked path again. Is it a bug?

L1 revive removed from 22 hrs solo event
Kabam, why did you removed the l1 revive from mile stone 3 of 22 hrs solo event? For me, it was the best source of gathering revives to use in act 5.
