I'd rather see him being decent by himself with some moderate buff than have another champ you'd need to bring 5-7 more champs to make him decent. Yes, rag Thor, you're still bad!6 -

It actually does make sense to aim buff at less skilled players, where most of new players would most likely be. Imo it only means that the outcome champ should be easy to use. Like x23, rulk or falc…3 -
